I was renaming a user which had its id file in the ID-Vault.
The admin process had updated the users email address and common name in the user document
but the ID file in the ID-Vault had not been updated to the users new name.
After some days a "Approve Revert Name Change" showed up in the admin request
database and I rejected it.
The problem is that the users ID-file cannot sync with the ID-Vault and I get the following error message
"Your public key was not found in the Domino Directory"
If i do a clean install of the Notes client and whant it to download the ID-file from the vault
using either the users old name or new name I get the error
"Unable to find ID for 'xxx yyy' in vault 'O=xxxIDVault'. Error: Entry not found in index"
The renaming process did not complete because the users id file cannot participate in the renaming process
and I am out of idea of how to fix this, any help is appriciated.
